Business Analyst

About the role:
As a Business Analyst in Hypertech you will be supporting the Project Managers in project implementation. You will be involved in different projects such as the development of websites, static and interactive infographics, and data visualisation products. For all projects, you will leverage your UX skills and your technical background or understanding. You will be working closely with Project Managers, Designers and Developers.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives;
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners to ensure successful project delivery;
• Analyse, understand and draw conclusions from client’s data, so as to support the development of a product;
• Support Project Managers in project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation;
• Formulate project deliverables;
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Demonstrated expertise in UX design principles and methodologies;
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
